education, operational ethics and personal values

our area

requires that a person responsible for an animal must provide
essential elements for a healthy and safe environment

to proceed from the perspective that no one has the right to cause
mental or physical pain or suffering to any animal

to advocate the care and protection of all animals by working
within the law and in cooperation with government and other humane
societies

to promote a humane death when no other appropriate option is
available
